Wayne R. “Rob” Hannah, III

President, Chief Executive Officer Wayne R. “Rob” Hannah, III Mr. Hannah currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer and oversees the company’s operations, including acquisitions, due diligence, tax structures, implementation, marketing, sales and dispositions. TSG is the nation’s leader in tenancy in common ownership and enjoys coveted relationships with numerous Money Center Banks, Qualified Intermediaries and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Mr. Hannah’s progressive thinking positions him as a leader in the tax-deferral industry and has inspired the creation of numerous financial products for the benefit of taxpayers. Mr. Hannah was instrumental in the development of Revenue Procedure 2002-22, which provides public guidance on the issue of tenancy in common ownership in compliance with IRC §1031. Mr. Hannah has submitted numerous real estate related financial products for Intellectual Property Patents to the U.S. Office of Patents and Trademarks. Prior to his 1031 related work, Mr. Hannah’s experience includes the development of a futures and options hedging company that serviced over 30 financial institutions and foundations, including The Rockefeller Foundation. Mr. Hannah spent five years as a licensed and practicing Treasury Bond Trader at the Chicago Board of Trade and Refco, Inc. In the early 90’s, Mr. Hannah turned his attention to real estate and developed a number of properties in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. He also created Kenmore Construction & Development Corp., a medium-sized construction firm that completed numerous projects including a 277-unit condominium conversion and the historical restoration of landmark building on Chicago’s famed East Lake Shore Drive. Mr. Hannah has practiced commercial real estate for over twenty years. He is a founder of the Tenant In Common Association (TICA) and a member of: National Real Estate Development Center (NRDC), Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the President’s Council of the Real Estate Round Table. Mr. Hannah is a highlighted speaker at national and regional conferences across the United States for corporations and trade associations including:

Jeff Plack

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Jeff Plack, Partner Jeff has been involved in the real estate industry for more than fifteen years and has held a number of positions in the financial and administrative capacity. His extensive experience is focused on finance, operations and administrative services to investors, clients and employees. He is responsible for all aspects of Financial and Accounting Operations, including internal and external financial reporting, treasury, accounting/tax, budgeting and insurance functions. He serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TSG, Jeff was Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of ORIX Real Estate Equities, Inc. (”OREE”). OREE is a national real estate company that is a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, a $50 billion Japanese finance company. At OREE, he held a similar position for thirteen years overseeing the Financial, Accounting, Banking and Administrative activities of the company including construction and real estate development. He also served as Secretary of the Company and the Board of Directors. Before joining OREE, Mr. Plack was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co., an international public accounting firm. During his twelve year tenure, Mr. Plack’s assignments included providing accounting and auditing services in the finance, leasing and capital markets areas. His client assignments included several large multi-national corporations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Illinois State University, Mr. Plack is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and American Institute of Public Accountants.

Kathleen T. Herrin

Vice President, Controller Kathy HerrinMs. Herrin has been involved in the real estate industry for over seventeen years. At TSG Real Estate, LLC (“TSG”), she has responsibilities for Finance, Treasury, Accounting/Tax, Financial Reporting, Acquisition Analysis, Budgeting and Systems functions. Prior to joining TSG, Ms. Herrin was Vice President of Accounting at ORIX Real Estate Equities, Inc. (“OREE”). OREE is a national real estate company who is a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, a $50 billion Japanese finance company. At OREE she held positions in Corporate and Development Accounting, including corporate reporting, tax consolidation, development and construction accounting, budgeting and insurance administration. Prior to OREE, Ms. Herrin was a Portfolio Controller for Jones Lang LaSalle formerly known as LaSalle Partners. Jones Lang LaSalle is a leading global provider of integrated real estate and money management services serving clients globally. At Jones Lang LaSalle she was responsible for Consolidations, Budgeting and Financial Reporting including investors’ reporting and all supplemental information as requested for distribution. She was involved in integrating accounting systems for newly acquired properties as well as performed internal property audits. Her experience is extensive and includes GAAP and Tax Reporting, Consolidations, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Due Diligence and Systems for an extensive range of development and real estate entities. Ms. Herrin received a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting and emphasis in Finance from University of Illinois, Chicago. She is a member of the Illinois C.P.A. Society.

Lawrence C. Skibo

Vice President, Director Of National Sales Larry Skibo With almost thirty years of experience in financial distribution and management, Lawrence Skibo was most recently National Sales Director for a Houston based REIT company. His responsibilities included sales and marketing activities related to the REIT, 1031 TIC, Limited Partnership business and raising assets for the company’s private products line. Additionally, he oversaw key account activities in relationship to broker dealers and institutional investors. Previously, he led the entire distribution effort for US Allianz where he built and managed a sales force consisting of over 40 external wholesalers, 4 divisional sales managers, 3 key account managers and an entire internal sales desk team. He was also instrumental in developing the Allianz Academy, a successful educational process that assisted registered reps and broker dealers in marketing and growing their business. Mr. Skibo has also served as a sales manager at such firms as MFS Mutual Funds, and ING Annuities. In addition to his sales and distribution experience, Mr. Skibo was a wholesaler for over 10 years covering virtually all channels of distribution including financial planners, warehouses, regionals and financial institutions. He attended Vandercook University in Chicago where he majored in music.

Laurie Trice

Director of Client Service LaurieLaurie joined TSG Real Estate, LLC (“TSG”) after holding office management positions in the Chicago area for the past five years, including two years at a Chicago based real estate firm. Her diverse management background includes such areas as human resources, technical support, documentation, quality assurance and employee and customer education. Laurie has spent all of her career in privately held, entrepreneurial organizations, all of which had a strong focus on customer service. Twice prior to TSG she has been a member of the organization’s startup team. Her experience includes a total of 17 years with two Chicago area software firms, Premier International Inc. and Enterprise Systems, Inc.
